On June 7th, the heads of the company's Business Units shared the most significant aspects of their activities to make colleagues aware of the richness of each other's experiences.
To become increasingly aware of the social responsibility of our work, which in many cases directly or indirectly impacts people's lives, we were guided by a welcome guest – Don Alberto Cozzi, a member of the International Theological Commission – in a profound reflection on the ethical implications of artificial intelligence and the importance of continuing our commitment to making AI a technology that serves humanity.
Indeed, a profound and meaningful debate emerged, highlighting the importance of a responsible and aware approach to the innovative products/services we develop. Our payoff, 'The human-machine cooperation,' is not just a slogan but a compass for a future where humans and machines collaborate for the common good.
A close-knit team, a common goal.
During these two days, the event was also an important opportunity for team building. Employees, overcoming geographical distances from different company locations, had the chance to get to know each other better and strengthen team bonds, creating a collaborative environment to work together towards a common goal.
Chef Kateryna - from the Konnubio restaurant in Milan - delighted us with a truly memorable lunch and made us reflect on a profound theme: the importance of teamwork and the combination of tradition and innovation! Chef Kateryna showed us how tradition can be a source of inspiration for innovation and creativity, as widely demonstrated by the stories of the dishes she prepared for us, as shown in the following videos.
Through her culinary mastery, we learned that, just like in cooking, it is essential in our work to collaborate, share ideas, and leverage everyone’s skills to achieve an excellent result.
